Sebastian M. is an experienced design leader currently serving as the Head of Product Design at Autobahn Security since November 2022, where responsibilities include team leadership, budgeting, and fostering a growth-oriented environment for UX and Product Designers. Prior experience includes Head of Design at Körber Digital, where Sebastian managed a team of 9 designers, successfully implemented design thinking methods, and enhanced the group's design system across diverse projects. Additionally, Sebastian held roles as Senior UX Designer at D-LABS GmbH and Independent Digital Designer at GOLDLAND MEDIA GmbH, contributing to user-centered product development and design across various industries. Academic credentials include a Diplom in Design and Visual Communication from Universität der Künste Berlin and studies at Hunter College.
