Paul Ciappara

Paul Ciappara is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in design and user research, currently serving as the Head of Design & UX Research at Skedulo since February 2019. Prior roles at Skedulo include Senior Director of User Research & Customer Insight, Director of Customer Insights & Product Strategy, and UX Research & Insights Lead. Before joining Skedulo, Paul worked at Deloitte Digital as an Experience Design Manager and Interaction Designer from March 2014 to February 2019. Earlier in the career at Bartercard, Paul was involved in Member Services from September 2007 to February 2014, and began with Austar as an Internet Technical Support from January 2002 to August 2005. Paul holds a Bachelor's degree in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from Bond University, earned from 2011 to 2013, and completed education at St Michaels College from 1994 to 1998.
