Patrick Flavin

Patrick Flavin serves as the Director of Corporate Development & Strategy at Autobahn Therapeutics, Inc., starting in October 2023, where involvement focuses on creating a novel brain-targeting chemistry platform for neuropsychiatric and neuroimmunologic disorders. Prior to this role, Patrick worked at Aptinyx Inc. from 2019 to September 2023 in Corporate Development, contributing to the development of NMDA receptor modulators for central nervous system disorders. Earlier experience includes serving as an Associate at Illinois Ventures from October 2017 to September 2019, where investment strategies were directed towards translational research in life sciences and advanced technologies. Patrick holds a Master of Business Administration from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and completed an undergraduate degree at the same institution.
