Justin Pickerd

Justin Pickerd has a diverse work experience in the manufacturing and 3D printing industries. Justin started their career at Autocam Medical in 2012 as a Quality Technician and CMM Programmer, where they implemented quality improvement methods and created inspection programs. In 2016, they transitioned to Forerunner 3D Printing as a 3D Printing Manager, where they managed all aspects of 3D printing operations and led a team. Justin returned to Autocam Medical in 2019 as a Manufacturing Quality Engineer Technician and later became a Value Stream Manager. In these roles, they interacted with customers, led quality improvement projects, and managed internal additive manufacturing equipment. Throughout their career, Justin has demonstrated strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

Justin Pickerd attended Coopersville High School from 2004 to 2008, where they received their high school diploma. Following that, from 2009 to 2011, they studied at Grand Rapids Community College and earned an Associate of Arts degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science. Currently, Justin is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology and Management at Ferris State University, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
