Andrea Millis

Andrea Millis, CPHR, currently serves as the Director of People Operations at AutoCanada, a position held since December 2022. Prior to this role, Andrea worked as the Regional Human Resources Manager for Western Canada at Air Liquide from September 2021 to December 2022 and as the Human Resources Manager for Amazon, leading HR teams in logistics and customer fulfillment across Western Canada from September 2019 to September 2021. Additional experience includes serving as the Multi-Store Human Resources Manager at Walmart Canada from July 2017 to August 2019, overseeing HR programs for multiple stores in Northern Alberta. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from NAIT, along with certifications in Sports Nutrition and Personal Training from the International Sports Sciences Association. Currently, Andrea is pursuing a Certificate in Project Management from NAIT, expected to be completed in June 2024.
