Hannah Jones has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Hannah is currently the Head of People & Culture at Radar Healthcare, a position they have held since March 2022. Prior to this, Hannah worked as a People Manager at White Cross Vets from August 2018 to March 2022, where they provided HR support and guidance to a large team across multiple locations. Before joining White Cross Vets, they held the role of HR Advisor at Paragon Creative from August 2016 to August 2018, where they implemented continuous improvement projects and provided HR support to managers and directors. Hannah also has experience in HR and Payroll at Alumasc Water Management Solutions from August 2015 to July 2016. Prior to their roles in the UK, they were involved in various international employment and voluntary projects in Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia from August 2013 to July 2015.

Hannah Jones obtained a Diploma in HR Management (CIPD Level 5) from CIPD Qualifications in 2017-2018. Hannah also achieved a Certificate in HR Practice (CIPD Level 3) from the same institution in 2016-2017. In terms of their formal education, they attended Bishop Stopford Sixth Form from 2011 to 2013, where they studied Business, IT, and Economics, achieving AAB grades in their A Levels. Prior to that, they completed their GCSEs (11 at A*-B) at The Latimer Arts College from 2006 to 2011. In terms of additional certifications, Hannah became a Mental Health First Aider through Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in 2019. Hannah also holds the Associate Member of the CIPD credential which they obtained in 2017. Additionally, they completed a Diploma in Human Resource Management (Level 5) from CIPD in 2018, and a Certificate in Human Resource Practice (Level 3) from CIPD in 2017. Hannah also obtained the IOSH Managing Safely certification in 2017.
