Cynthia Hill

Prior to joining AutoCanada in 2020, Cynthia served as a lawyer and partner at Davies Ward Phillips and Vineberg LLP. Her practice focused on corporate and securities law, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (First Class Honours) from Queen’s University and a Juris Doctor degree (Dean’s Gold Key) from York University’s Osgoode Hall Law School.
