Rocco Giacobbo

Rocco Giacobbo is a Junior Network Administrator at AutoCanada since May 2022, specializing in Tier 2 network support, troubleshooting, and deploying Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco Meraki switches and access points, as well as managing ISP cutovers and UPS systems. Prior to this role, Rocco served as an IT Service Desk Analyst I, providing both Tier 1 and Tier 2 help desk support, on-site assistance, and managing procurement and networking issues. Rocco's earlier experience includes working as a custodian and car detailer at Access Automotive Repair, and as a banquet server at the Italian Cultural Centre. Rocco holds a Network Engineering Technology Diploma from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, completed in April 2022.
