Tejal Ghongadi

Tejal Ghongadi is an accomplished Supply Chain Release Manager at Autocar Trucks, with a strong background in supply chain management, data analysis, and process improvement. Since joining Autocar Trucks in March 2019, Tejal has successfully led teams in change management, established a Sales and Operations Planning process, and optimized inventory levels using advanced statistical models. Previous experience includes roles as a Research Engineer at North Carolina State University, Graduate Consultant positions at Primrose Healthcare and Cheniere Energy, and an internship at Tesla focusing on continuous improvement in production data analysis. Tejal holds a Master of Science in Integrated Manufacturing Systems Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Shivaji University. Currently pursuing APEX Leadership Training certification, Tejal is dedicated to enhancing management and communication skills.
