John Adams

John Adams is a seasoned technical leader with extensive experience in various aspects of software development and architecture. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Lead at Autochek Africa since July 2022, responsibilities include solution architecture and leadership in payments infrastructure and lead management solutions. As a Founding Engineer at Buymore since December 2018, John has engaged in multiple roles spanning product development and infrastructure. Previous roles include Director of Technology at Gebeya Inc., where John led DevOps training and cloud architecture projects, and Chapter Technical Lead at CODERS4AFRICA INC., focusing on team leadership and program management. Early career experience includes eHealth systems development with the Clinton Health Access Initiative and a technical support role at Strathmore University. John holds a Bachelor’s Degree and a Diploma in Business & Information Technology from Strathmore University.
