Derrek Cooper

Derrek Cooper is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in product management and development, particularly in the technology sector. Since March 2011, Derrek has served as Vice President of Cloud Data and Process Lifecycle Management (PLM) at Autodesk, focusing on driving hyper growth in cloud solutions. Previous roles at Autodesk include Vice President/Sr. Director of Product Development & Manufacturing Solutions and Director of Product Management for Digital Simulation. Before Autodesk, Derrek led the Product Management organization at CFdesign, and held significant positions in technical support and customer success. Derrek's career began in the U.S. Navy, followed by a role as a Senior Applications Engineer at Mallett Technology. Derrek holds a Master of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Temple University.
