Durvesh Malpure

Durvesh Malpure is a Machine Learning Engineer 2 at Autodesk since January 2024, specializing in 3D GenAI and efficient ML within large models and systems research. Prior experience includes working as a Capstone team member at Bosch USA on autonomous racing perception, and as a Research Intern at Nokia Bell Labs, where Durvesh significantly enhanced decentralized training efficiency by optimizing data pipelines across globally distributed clusters. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University, Durvesh mentored research groups and provided feedback in a PhD-level course on multimodal machine learning. Additional experience includes improving support response times through an automated chatbot project during an internship at Veritas Technologies LLC. Durvesh holds a Master of Computational Data Science from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's in Computer Engineering from Pune Institute of Computer Technology.
