Durvesh Malpure

Durvesh Malpure is a Machine Learning Engineer 2 at Autodesk, specializing in 3D GenAI and efficient machine learning for large models and systems starting January 2024. Previously, Durvesh contributed to autonomous racing research at Bosch USA and interned at Nokia Bell Labs, where significant improvements in GPU utilization and throughput for generative large language models were achieved. Academic involvement includes serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University, mentoring research groups in multimodal machine learning. Early experience encompasses project internships at Veritas Technologies and various research roles, including work on sign language translation and seizure prediction models. Durvesh holds a Master of Computational Data Science from Carnegie Mellon University and a BE in Computer Engineering from the Pune Institute of Computer Technology.
