Girthiha Anandh is a seasoned Software Engineering Manager at Autodesk, where responsibilities include transforming customer account experiences through customized data solutions, managing engineering excellence, and mentoring a global team of software developers since September 2019. Prior to Autodesk, Girthiha held roles as Technical Project Manager at Caffeine and Systems Software Manager at Rabbit, Inc., focusing on software quality and automation strategies. Girthiha's extensive experience also includes a decade at HTC Global Services as Product Owner and Quality Engineering Lead, along with earlier positions at Tech Mahindra as a QA Engineer and Software Engineer. Girthiha holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from B. M. S. College of Engineering.
