Heather McIntosh

Heather McIntosh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in user experience and product design. Currently serving as the VP of Experience & Analytics at Autodesk since July 2025, Heather leads a team of 260 employees focused on enhancing the AEC products to support architects and construction professionals. Prior to Autodesk, Heather held various senior leadership roles at Google from December 2014 to July 2025, including Senior Director of User Experience for Google Play, Google Core, and Google Ads, leading large teams to improve user engagement and experience across multiple platforms. Additionally, Heather briefly worked at Meta as Senior Director of Product Design and served as the Chief Experience Officer at Scholastic, where innovative digital learning experiences were developed. Heather holds a Master of Fine Arts from Bennington College and a certificate in Artificial Intelligence from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
