Inyong Kim

Inyong Kim is a seasoned HR leader with extensive experience in strategic workforce planning and organizational effectiveness across various tech companies. Currently serving as VP, People - Business Partner at Autodesk since May 2022, Inyong focuses on the Product & Platform Divisions and leads the Organizational Effectiveness function. Prior roles include VP of Employee Experience at Adobe, where responsibilities encompassed multiple divisions including Document Cloud and Cloud Technology, as well as senior HR positions at Yahoo!, VMware, Interwoven, SVB Financial Group, and Philips Medical Systems, building targeted HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Inyong holds a BS in Business with a concentration in HR Management from San Jose State University.
