Lakia Haywood

Lakia Haywood is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR strategy and talent management, currently serving as Sr Manager, Human Resources Business Partner at Autodesk since January 2021. Prior to this role, Lakia held the position of Human Resources Manager at Honeywell from January 2019 to January 2021, and worked as a Human Resources contractor at Delta Air Lines for a brief period in early 2018. Previous experience also includes a managerial role at CSX focused on talent management and leadership development coaching from January 2016 to January 2017, and serving as HR Manager at EY from 2013 to 2016. Lakia is currently pursuing a Post-Graduate Certificate in Organization Coaching at The University of Georgia, following the completion of a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
