Liza Biba

Liza Biba, P.E. currently serves as an Adoption Specialist in Product Led Growth and previously held the position of Customer Success Manager for the Forma Platform at Autodesk since January 2024. Prior to Autodesk, Liza was a Customer Success Manager at Reconstruct Inc. from March 2022 to January 2024, focusing on managing construction projects through a B2B SaaS platform. Liza's experience includes significant roles at Hoffman Structures, Inc. as Lead Project Engineer on high-budget projects such as the PDX Airport Terminal Core Redevelopment and University of Oregon Hayward Field, where contributions included minimizing delays and optimizing budgets through innovative approaches. Earlier roles included positions at USNR and ArchiMet, where Liza developed engineering and technical skills in mechanical and structural design. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering and Technology in Civil Engineering from Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University, additional studies in Structural Dynamics at Portland State University, and a Business Analytics Nanodegree from Udacity.
