Parul Malhotra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employee relations and human resources management, currently serving as the Senior Employee Relations Manager for APAC at Autodesk since June 2020. With a substantial background at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Parul held multiple roles including APAC Employee Relations AVP and was involved in legal advisory, policy implementation, and cross-functional training for over 1,000 employees.
