Sandeep Menon

Sandeep Menon currently serves as Senior Director of Enterprise Customer Success at Autodesk, leading a team of over 190 customer success managers, project managers, and consultants, while managing a SaaS business exceeding $400 million in revenue. Menon also holds the position of San Francisco Site Leader, advocating for an inclusive company culture among 1,500 employees. Prior roles include Global Customer Success Director at Trimble, where integration of customer success teams was a key focus following the acquisition of Sefaira, and Vice President of Customer Success at Sefaira, dedicated to enhancing sustainability in building design.
