Michael C. Fanning is an experienced professional currently heading the Global Employee Engagement Strategy - Talent Development at AUTODOC since November 2022. Previously, Fanning served as a Learning and Development Partner for Tech & Product at Delivery Hero and authored the award-winning textbook, Business Creativity, as part of the Fundamentals of Sustainable Entrepreneurship series. Fanning has also held leadership roles such as Chairman of the Executive Board and Founder & Acting CEO of various organizations, including launching a global e-learning platform for entrepreneurs. Additional contributions include serving as an ambassador for One Young World, conducting research on innovation and sustainability, and providing consultancy for startups in multiple countries. Fanning's educational background includes a degree in Information Systems and Services from the University of the Western Cape and advanced business training from Harvard Business School.
