Nataliia Panchenko

Nataliia Panchenko has worked as a Team Lead Service Design at AUTODOC since 2022. Before that, they were a Professional Service Design at AUTODOC from 2022 to 2023. Prior to their work at AUTODOC, they served as a Service Designer at PUMB from 2021 to 2022, where they were responsible for developing, organizing, and implementing service design projects. Nataliia started their career at Ukrsibbank in 2005 as a Senior Manager, specializing in service design. Nataliia worked there until 2021, during which they created a customer-centric system and conducted projects for service and process redesign.

Nataliia Panchenko obtained their Master's degree in Banking and Financial Support Services from Kyiv National Economics University from 1999 to 2004.
