Paul Waal

Paul Waal has extensive experience in human resources and operations management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Global People Operations at AUTODOC AG since January 2014, with previous roles including Rewards Manager, Deputy Head of HR, and Team Lead of HR Administration & Payroll. Prior to this, Paul was the owner and managing director of Idealux GmbH from August 2008 to December 2013, where responsibilities included Purchasing Manager and Purchasing Specialist. Paul Waal holds a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Compensation & Benefits Management from the School of Management Fribourg and an IHK Abschluss in Kaufmann für Büromanagement from Oberstufenzentrum Bürowirtschaft und Dienstleistungen Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg.
