Arielle Greenbaum

Arielle Greenbaum is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in HR, talent acquisition, and employee experience. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at AutoDS, Arielle has also provided consultancy services at REL HR & Operations. Previous roles include Director of People Operations at Founder Shield, where responsibilities encompassed HR management, talent acquisition, and enhancing employee experience, in addition to progressing through roles as Senior People Operations Associate and People Operations Associate. Earlier experience includes leading sales development and HR/operations at Healthie Inc. and working as a Sales Associate at Anthropologie. Arielle holds a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising and Marketing Communications/Art History and Museum Professions from the Fashion Institute of Technology, earned between 2012 and 2016.
