Travis Mjolsnes

Travis brings extensive automotive and fleet experience to our organization leading our Fleet Services Team. Before joining RepairSmith, Travis spent 13 years at Element Fleet Management, North America’s largest fleet management company. While at Element, he held several commercial and operations leadership roles, including Director of Business Development Mid-Market Sales and Director of Strategic Client Services. He also led account management and technical service representative teams. Along with being a national sports car championship, winning crew chief, and high-performance driving instructor, Travis has extensive automotive experience – having co-founded the first DIY repair center in North America.

Travis earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Minnesota and his MBA from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping, boating, and competing in vintage sports car racing events nationally.
