Russ Walsh

Russ Walsh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in security and compliance across various sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Principal for Security and Compliance at Uplight (formerly AutoGrid), Walsh has been with AutoGrid since May 2022. Prior to this role, Walsh was the Principal Regulatory Compliance Advisor at GE Digital, leading a team in developing an industrial cloud-based platform. Walsh's earlier positions include Managing Partner and CEO at GRC21, Sr. Director of IT Services and Advisory at SOAProjects, and IT Project Manager at Opsware, along with notable roles at Ernst & Young and as CEO of Sierra Computing. Walsh began a career in technology as a SAP Consultant at IBM and has also held positions at Rayonier Advanced Materials and eOnline. Walsh holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of South Carolina.
