Salvador Zepeda began their career in 2006 as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company. In 2010, they became an Intern at Ashoka and then a Global Resident Fellow at IDEO.org in 2011. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager and at Polymath Ventures as a Fellow/Advisor, where they participated in the seed process, created innovative financial services for the middle class in Colombia, and developed a new business model. In 2015, they became the CEO and COO of Autolab (a Polymath venture), a chain of auto-repair full service shops for all brands, where they were responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience and professional quality service at fair prices.
Salvador Zepeda attended Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2001 to 2006, where they obtained a B.S. in Industrial Engineering. Salvador then attended Stanford University from 2009 to 2011.
