Daniel Romeo began their work experience in 2000 as a General Manager of Marketing at DVG Automotive Group. In 2006, they started working at Harpoon Productions, where they held the roles of Manager for the Luke McPharlin Band and Owner. In 2007, they joined Stellas Kitchen as a Manager and Band Member. From 2009 to 2013, they served as a Board Member at WAM - Western Australian Music Industry. Since 2018, they have been working at Autoleague, first as the General Manager of Marketing and currently as the Head of Digital Strategy.

Daniel Romeo completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Management from Curtin University in the years 1995 to 1998. Prior to attending university, they also attended Perth Modern Senior Highschool from 1989 to 1993, but did not obtain a degree or specific field of study.
