Dr. Tobias Biegel

Dr. Tobias Biegel is a Senior Digital Consultant for APAC at Heraeus since September 2023 and co-founder of the charity organization Candles for Ukraine (C4UA), which supports war victims in Ukraine and has raised over €20K. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Associate and PhD Candidate in Mechanical Engineering at Technische Universität Darmstadt from October 2018 to September 2023, where involvement occurred at the Institute of Production Management, Technology, and Machine Tools. Dr. Biegel has also completed internships at ZF Group in machine planning and finance/IT departments. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering, and two bachelor's degrees in Logistics Management and Industrial Engineering, all from esteemed institutions including Technische Universität Darmstadt and Tongji University.
