Gnyaneshwar Reddy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Gnyaneshwar began their career in 1992 as an Engineer in Manufacturing and Quality Control at M/s Shakun Precession Engg. Co. Pvt. Ltd. Gnyaneshwar then worked as a Senior Engineer in Manufacturing and Tool Room at M/s Kailash Vahan Udyog Ltd from 1995 to 1998.
From 1998 to 2005, Gnyaneshwar worked at M/s S M Auto Engineering Pvt. Ltd., where they held various managerial roles in Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Management Representative.
Gnyaneshwar then joined M/s IMPERIAL AUTO INDUSTRIES LIMITED in 2005 as AGM Operations & Systems, specializing in fluid solutions design, development, manufacturing, and sales to automotive and non-automotive OEMs.
In 2008, Gnyaneshwar worked as the Business Unit Head/Head of Operations at DUROSHOX PVT LTD, which focused on design, development, manufacturing, and supply to the automotive and general engineering sectors.
Gnyaneshwar also founded S G Engineering Services in 2008, providing machining, sheet metal stamping, fabrication, and job work services.
Currently, Gnyaneshwar is the Head of Operations and Profit Center at Autoline Industries Ltd since 2013, where they oversee sheet metal stamped and fabricated products manufacturing for automotive and non-automotive OEMs.
Gnyaneshwar Reddy completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Basveshwar Engg College, Bagalkote, Karnataka. Gnyaneshwar attended this college from 1988 to 1992. Additionally, they pursued another Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Karnataka University Dharwad, Karnataka during the same time period. At Karnataka University, Gnyaneshwar Reddy focused on Applied Science, Turbo Machinery, Heat Transfer, and Design.
