Javier Fillol

Javier Fillol is an experienced quality engineer currently working at Autoliv since January 2021, where roles have included Production Quality Engineer, Customer Quality Engineer, and Supplier Quality Engineer, focusing on supplier training and development as well as managing non-conforming products. Prior experience includes a product engineering role at Abrebox Videoporteros Inteligentes, where Javier developed technical solutions and collaborated on new product development, and a quality affairs engineering position at Autoliv centered on problem-solving and internal quality support. Javier holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Automation Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Robotics, and Mechatronics, both from Universitat Politècnica de València.
