Marilena Gearip

Marilena Gearip is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong focus on Learning and Development, currently serving as an HR Learning & Development Specialist at Autoliv since December 2022. Previously, Marilena worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Sennheiser from June 2018 to December 2022 and held various roles, including Trainer & EMS Responsible and Internal Auditor, at Benchmark from December 2009 to June 2018. Earlier in Marilena's career, experience was gained as a Team Development Trainer at Team Spirit GmbH Austria from October 2006 to June 2009. Marilena holds a Master's degree in Managementul si Dezvoltarea Resurselor Umane and Sociologie, completed between 2006 and 2008.
