Franziska Frickinger

Franziska Frickinger is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in learning and development, currently serving as a Specialist HR Learning & Development and HR Business Partner at PCI Augsburg GmbH since April 2019. Prior to this role, Franziska gained valuable experience at BASF from March 2015 to February 2019 as a Working Student focused on Talent Management, Succession Planning, and Compensation and Benefits, along with internships in various HR functions. Educationally, Franziska holds a Master of Science in Wirtschaftspädagogik and a Bachelor of Science in the same field, both from the University of Mannheim, completed in 2018 and 2015, respectively.
