Andrew Bolton has extensive experience in talent acquisition and operational excellence, working with companies such as Eisai EMEA and Autolus Therapeutics. At Autolus, Andrew currently holds the position of Associate Director, Site Operational Excellence, where Andrew supports the deployment of OPEX processes and continuous improvement at the Stevenage's Cell Manufacturing site. With a background in psychology and a focus on developing a continuous improvement OPEX culture, Andrew brings a wealth of knowledge to the biopharmaceutical industry.
