Ibi Douglas

Ibi Douglas is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and systems analysis. Currently serving as a Senior IT Support Analyst at JRL Group Ltd since July 2015, Ibi has previously held positions at GSK as an IT Support Analyst and R&D Lab and Pilot Plant Systems Support Analyst from October 2011 to June 2015. Earlier experience includes a role as a Security Admin Analyst at Computacenter and as a Standard Build Solutions Engineer at DXC Technology. Ibi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Westminster.
