Tishwant Kanwarjit

Tishwant Kanwarjit is an accomplished pharmaceutical professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as Executive Director and Head of Quality at Autolus Therapeutics, Tishwant oversees QA for the UK's first CAR-T manufacturing facility and has contributed to the commissioning of a Greenfield site for autologous drug product manufacturing. Tishwant's background includes roles at the British Pharmacopoeia as a member of the ATMP Working Party and as a Senior Quality Leader at RB, where responsibilities encompassed auditing and quality assessments for various manufacturing sites. Prior experiences include senior positions at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust, King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, and St Georges Healthcare NHS Trust, showcasing a well-rounded expertise in both clinical and technical aspects of pharmacy. Academically, Tishwant holds a Master's degree in Pharmacy from the School of Pharmacy, UCL, alongside postgraduate qualifications in Pharmaceutical Technology & Quality Assurance and General Pharmacy Practice.
