John Riggle

John Riggle is an experienced IT professional with a focus on Epicor Prophet 21 solutions. Currently serving as an Epicor P21 Solutions Engineer at Automann since February 2022, John provides support and management for Prophet 21 and implements its underutilized functions. Prior to this role, John was the Director of Process Management at Menger Valve, where responsibilities included application support for Prophet 21, server management, staff training, and database troubleshooting. John has also held various IT positions, including IT Specialist at Ledwell & Son Enterprises, Senior System Administrator at All Aboard America! Holdings, IT Administrator at Petro-Valve, Owner of TCS Total Computer Solutions, and Technical Trainer/Consultant. John’s educational background includes studies at the University of Houston from 1986 to 1991.
