Patty Mascall

Patty Mascall, SHRM-CP, has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Patty is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Automann since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the National Human Resources Manager at Schuetz Container from March 2017 to May 2021. Before that, they were the Human Resources Manager at SCSK USA Inc. from May 2014 to March 2017, where they were responsible for various HR functions and general administration duties. Patty also held the position of Human Resource Manager at LabVantage Solutions from September 2011 to February 2012. From 2007 to 2011, they worked at Takara Belmont USA, Inc. as the Associate Vice President of Administration, overseeing HR, administration, legal issues, and building & grounds. Their role expanded to Associate VP, ensuring all HR functions were efficiently managed and playing a key role in business decisions. Prior to this, they served as the Human Resource and Administration Manager at Palram Americas from November 1999 to January 2007. Their responsibilities included managing HR functions, participating in executive management decisions, improving employee benefits, and compliance with labor laws. Before that, they worked as an Office Manager at Wadley-Donovan GrowthTech, LLC from March 1997 to March 2000, and as an Office Manager/Account Executive at Michel Perrenoud International, Inc from March 1996 to November 1997. Patty Mascall, SHRM-CP, obtained their SHRM-CP certification in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 2016. Prior to that, they became a Notary for the State of New Jersey in 1999. Patty has also acquired additional certifications in Strategic Human Resources and Succession Planning from LinkedIn in March 2021 and August 2020, respectively. Furthermore, they hold a certification as SHRM-CP from the Society of Human Resources Management.
