Rohit Chandel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and entrepreneurship. As the Founder and CEO of Auspicious Agro Industries since August 2022, Rohit has established a leading FMCG company that specializes in manufacturing, marketing, and selling premium quality food products. In addition, Rohit has been the Head of HR at Automat Industries Pvt. Ltd. since April 2017, overseeing the Human Resource Department with responsibilities in manpower planning, talent acquisition, and compensation management. Prior experience includes serving as Sr. Executive - HR at CAS WEIGHING INDIA PVT LTD from April 2015 to March 2017, where Rohit managed HR functions for the Indian operations, and as Executive - HR at RSPL Group's HCD Division from February 2013 to March 2015, handling comprehensive HR activities for the home care manufacturing segment.
