Jessica Elders is an accomplished HR professional and leadership coach with extensive experience in talent development and human resource management. Currently serving as the Head of Global Talent Development at Lyra Health since July 2024, Jessica has also operated as an Executive Coach and Leadership Advisor since January 2018. Former roles include Vice President at The New York Times, where leadership of a 14-person HR Business Partner team to support over 3,300 employees was a key responsibility, as well as the Founding Partner of Becoming Better Together, LLC, which focuses on fostering diverse and inclusive organizational cultures. Jessica's previous positions span from Head of People at Away to Senior Managing Director at Teach For America, along with experience as a 2nd Grade Teacher with Teach For America. Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and French from Northwestern University, an Executive and Organizational Coaching certification from Columbia University, and an Elementary Teaching Credential from California State University-Dominguez Hills.
