Asaf Shirazi

Asaf Shirazi has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Asaf has held various leadership roles in prominent companies such as AUTOMAT-IT, TEOCO, Amdocs, TTI Telecom, Verint, and Ofek (Mamdas), Israeli Air Force.

Their most recent position was as the VP Global Operations at AUTOMAT-IT, where they utilized their expertise to oversee operational functions.

Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant, specializing in R&D and Delivery Management.

At TEOCO, they served as the VP R&D RAN, where they led product deliveries and co-led strategic projects. During their tenure, they successfully increased offshore development velocity.

At Amdocs, Asaf held the position of Head of OSS Services, responsible for heading OSS deliveries worldwide. Asaf successfully met customer milestones on time, maintained budgetary control, and increased revenue. Asaf also implemented measures to improve employee satisfaction.

During their time at TTI Telecom, they served as the VP R&D/acting COO, overseeing product developments, as well as the company's revenues and expenses. Asaf also held the role of Director, Assurance Products Development.

Asaf started their career at Verint as a Development Group Leader, where they focused on productivity improvement and collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Before transitioning to the corporate sector, Asaf worked at Ofek (Mamdas), Israeli Air Force, where they held several positions, including Development Group Leader and System Engineering Leader. Asaf led significant developments and introduced new interfaces and functionalities for the main intelligence system.
