Michelle White

Michelle White has worked in various roles in the staffing and recruiting industry since 2006. Michelle began their career as an Assistant Manager at Jenny Craig in 2006, followed by a Sales Consultant role at Lakeshore Medical Fitness LLC in 2007. In 2008, they joined Accurate Personnel LLC as a Branch Manager and then took on the roles of Associate Director of Operations, Director of Training and Compliance, and Director of Human Resources. In 2016, they moved to Staffing Network LLC as Executive Director of Operations and Director of Training and Compliance. In 2020, they joined Resolute Pros as a Staffing Partner and Director of Field Services. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Director of Customer Success at Automated Business Designs, where they work on developing the staffing and recruiting software solution, Ultra-Staff EDGE.

Michelle White attended Aurora Central Catholic High School from 1997 to 2001. Michelle then attended Bradley University from 2001 to 2003, studying Business Administration and Management, General. Finally, they attended Lewis University from 2003 to 2005, where they earned a B.A. in Sport Management & Business Administration. In 2021, Michelle obtained an Advanced Interpersonal Communication: Colleagues and Subordinates certification from Collaboration Cypherworx.
