Tim Hood is an experienced operations professional with a robust background in the hospitality and services industry. Currently serving as Operations Director at Automated Business Technologies since November 2021, Tim has previously held positions including Vice President Colorado at CCS Facility Services and Division Service Manager at Hom Solutions, where Tim also acted as Special Assignment Operations Manager. Tim's notable achievements include winning the Leader of the Year award in 2012 at The Ritz-Carlton, Denver, where Tim served as Director of Housekeeping and Laundry and Director of Front of the House, contributing to the hotel becoming the first and only 5 Diamond property in Denver for two consecutive years. Tim's hospitality career began at Holiday Inn Durango and progressed through various roles at Hotel Monaco Denver, providing a comprehensive foundation in operations and management. Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Tourism and Resort Management from Fort Lewis College.
