Barry's career began at SDI Group Ltd, where a progression from maintenance engineer to regional support manager was achieved between August 2008 and June 2015. Barry holds a degree in Electrical Installation from Staffordshire University (2009-2011) and received additional education at Tamworth and Lichfield College (2007-2008).
