Colin Willoughby

Colin Willoughby has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Colin is currently the Director of Product Management at APS Payroll, a position they have held since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked at ServiceTitan as a Principal Product Manager from August 2021 to December 2022, and as a Senior Product Manager from March 2020 to August 2021. Before joining ServiceTitan, Colin was a Product Manager at Restaurant365 Software from February 2019 to March 2020. During their time at Restaurant365 Software, they were responsible for the Labor product line and successfully launched new web and mobile applications. Colin initially started their career at APS Payroll as a Software Quality Assurance Tester in May 2012. Colin quickly progressed to the roles of Product Owner, starting in December 2012, and ultimately became a Product Manager from January 2017 to February 2019. Before joining APS Payroll, Colin worked as a Concierge at Corporate Concierge Services from June 2010 to January 2012. Overall, Colin has demonstrated their ability to lead and innovate in Product Management roles within the technology and payroll industry.

Colin Willoughby obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management Information Systems from Bradley University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. In January 2019, they also obtained a certification as a Product Management Professional from Sequent Learning Networks.
