Leslie Smith, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Leslie is currently serving as the Director of Client Support at APS Payroll since July 2021. Prior to this, Leslie worked at AFS Logistics, LLC for over six years, where they held multiple positions including Vice President of Account Management Services, Director of Marketing, and Assistant Director of Talent Acquisition & Development. Leslie'sresponsibilities at AFS Logistics included developing and nurturing client relationships, implementing customer experience strategies, establishing operational processes, driving cross-functional collaboration, and identifying new business opportunities.

Before joining AFS Logistics, Leslie worked as the Director of Public Relations and Marketing at Heart'sWay Hospice of Northeast Texas and as the Community Education Manager/Marketing at Willis-Knighton Health System. At Heart'sWay Hospice, they designed and implemented a referral development program and managed marketing campaigns. At Willis-Knighton Health System, Leslie oversaw prenatal and child education programs and facilitated the WK Spirit of Women membership program.

Leslie also has experience in community-driven initiatives as the Main Street Manager/Events Coordinator at the City of Natchitoches/Natchitoches Events Center. In this role, they directed a revitalization program, focused on historic preservation and economic development, and served on the Natchitoches Economic Development Commission.

In addition to their formal education, Leslie Smith has also obtained various certifications. In March 2009, they acquired the Certification in Professional Main Street Management from the National Trust for Historic Preservation. Furthermore, they obtained the Talkdesk Agent Certification and Talkdesk Supervisor Certification from Talkdesk in August 2021.
