Tracy Maranto-Phillips

Tracy Maranto-Phillips has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Tracy began their career in 2001 as the Director of Human Resources at Centenary College of Louisiana, where they served for nine years. Following their tenure at the college, Maranto-Phillips joined Querbes & Nelson in 2010 as an HR Consulting/Outsourcing professional. Tracy worked with the company until 2014, when they transitioned to Laredo Oil, Inc. as a Human Resources Manager. After two years at Laredo Oil, Maranto-Phillips moved to APS Payroll in 2016 as a Human Resources Manager. Tracy was subsequently promoted to the position of Vice President of Human Resources in November 2020 and continues to hold the role.

Tracy Maranto-Phillips has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Centenary College of Louisiana. Tracy also holds a Bachelor's Degree from LSU Shreveport. In addition, Tracy has a certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
