Danilo Patês is a seasoned professional in customer success and automation, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Customer Success for Automation Anywhere in LATAM since January 2023, where leadership of a team has resulted in significant product adoption growth and cost savings through innovative use cases. Prior experience includes roles at Laiye as a Customer Success Manager and Manager of Customer Solutions & Operations, where Danilo developed a new market in the Americas for Intelligent Automation. Previous positions at Automation Anywhere involved responsibilities in sales engineering and technical support, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of automation solutions from pre-sales to post-sales support.
