Rakesh Krishnan

Rakesh Krishnan is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in accounts receivable, billing, and cash application. Currently serving as the Director and Global Head at Automation Anywhere since May 2018, Rakesh has developed and implemented effective collection strategies and process improvements across a global portfolio. Prior roles include Business Relationship Manager and Account Delivery Manager at Rigel Networks, where Rakesh focused on client relationship management and operational efficiency. Additionally, Rakesh gained valuable experience at HP as a Process Lead for accounts receivables and at HSBC as a Senior Collections Officer for high-value credit card customers. Rakesh holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from CMS College of Science and Commerce and an MBA in Finance from the University of Madras.
