Rizwan Husain

Rizwan Husain is a seasoned product management executive with extensive experience in driving product innovation and customer success across multiple technology sectors. Currently, Rizwan serves as Senior Director and Head of Product Management at Salesforce, focusing on product adoption and leadership of Customer Success Plans. Previously, Rizwan held senior roles at Automation Anywhere, overseeing AI and generative AI-powered automation products; Symantec, leading the Cloud Platform organization; and COFENSE, where leadership in email security innovations was pivotal. Additional experience includes roles at Akamai Technologies, Intel Corporation, McAfee, HP, and Micron Technology, where Rizwan contributed to significant advancements in cloud services, consumer security, and eCommerce platforms. Rizwan earned an MBA from Santa Clara University and a Master of Science in Computer Science from The University of Toledo.
