Anıl Yükçe has a wealth of experience in a variety of roles. Anıl began their career in 2006 as an intern at Beko Electronic A.S, where they tested and verified TVs and their user interfaces. In 2007, they interned at T. Şişe ve Cam Fabrikaları A.S, where they worked with PLCs, sputtering instruments, and modified electronic components. In 2008, they interned at Tellcom and applied for government licenses. Anıl then moved to Teleperformance Greece and worked as a DELL L2 Quality Lead/Dispatcher for the EMEA region. Anıl then moved to Teleperformance Turkey, where they were a Lenovo Operations Team Leader. From 2014 to 2016, Anıl worked at BEST Transformer as a Project Manager for international projects. Finally, from 2016 to 2020, Anıl worked at Dell EMC as an Enterprise Technical Support Engineer and held roles in Learning and Development and Customer Success at Automation Hero, Inc.

Anıl Yükçe's education history is as follows: In 1993-1998, they attended Erenköy ilkokulu and obtained their Primary School degree. From 1998-2001, they attended Bilfen College and obtained their Elementary school degree. From 2001-2004, they attended Bilfen Anatolian High School and obtained their Lycee degree. From 2004-2008, they attended Işık Üniversitesi and obtained their Bsc degree in Electronics Engineering & Computer science. From 2010-2012, they attended Jönköping International Business School in Sweden and obtained their Msc degree in Information Technology and Management. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from institutions such as AXELOS Global Best Practice, CompTIA, PEM Proje Eğitim Merkezi, Başkent İletişim Bilimleri Akademisi, IELTS BRITISHCOUNCIL, Dell EMC, and Global Capital Market Solutions (GCMS).
